Shipping Info
We use USPS and UPS for shipping our products.
If the packages weigh 3 lbs or less, we will ship USPS priority mail (usually takes 2-3 days)
If they weigh more than 3 lbs, we will ship UPS (usually takes 5 days).
Of course you will have the option to choose between the two if you like.
Our purpose is to help our customers save on shipping as much as possible.
For local pick-up orders, please allow 2 business days for order processing.
UPS Ground will be used for Free-Shipping-eligible items.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with any item, you can return it to us, but we ask that you pay for return shipping.
Altered and washed items are not returnable.
All returned items must be received within 45 days from the original date of purchase.
No return accepted on Digital Print, Screen Print, or Embroidery merchandise.
You may return/exchange items only AFTER you have contacted us and received a RMA#.
Procedure for Return
1. Please email to sales@ sleektees.com to acquire a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)#.
2. You will then receive an email from us with RMA# and instructions. There will be a RMA form to fill out.
3. Fill out the RMA form, be sure to include your original sales order/PayPal transaction/ref #.
4. Print out the RMA form.
5. Please pack your return items securely in the original package if possible. Don't forget to include the RMA form with all necessary information.
Procedure for Exchange
1. Please email to sales@ sleektees.com to determine if the item(s) you want to exchange is still in stock. In a case where your item is not available, you may exchange it for another style, or return the merchandise (see Procedure for return). Fill out the RMA form, be sure to include your original sales order/PayPal transaction/ref #.
2. Please pack your return items securely in the original package if possible. Be sure to include the RMA form with all necessary information.
PAY BY CHECK
If you would like to pay with personal check, cashier check or money order, you would have to fill out the order form and mail with your payment.
With personal check, there will a waiting period of 10 days.
Refunded check will be in the form of cashier check.
